Stillago

When you're the one the business depends on

You built it all.
Who keeps it running without you?

Stillago is an encrypted emergency playbook for whoever has to run things if you can't be there tomorrow: the accounts, logins, and how money, vendors, and client promises actually work. Many owners build it with the fractional CFO or firm who already helps run the business.

The scenario

Imagine tomorrow morning, you don't wake up.

Your phone locks. The carrier cancels the SIM within 48 hours. Every account tied to that number - your bank, Stripe, email, hosting - is now behind a 2FA wall your spouse can't get through.

Your biggest client emails asking about a deliverable due Friday. Your spouse doesn't know they exist. The invoice from last month is sitting in a platform they've never heard of, paid by a card they can't find.

The domain renews next week. Hosting auto-charges the day after. Nobody knows the logins. The site goes dark. The business your clients depend on - the one you spent years building - starts dying one expired password at a time.

This isn't a worst case scenario. This is Tuesday.

48 hours

Phone SIM cancelled. 2FA codes stop arriving. Bank, email, and hosting accounts become inaccessible.

1 week

Domain and hosting charges bounce. Client work stalls. Contractors don't get paid. Site goes dark.

30 days

Stripe holds payouts. Insurance claims start. Your spouse is guessing at every decision.

The gap

You have a will. You have life insurance.
You have zero documentation for how your business actually runs.

Estate lawyers handle assets. Password managers store passwords. Neither one tells your spouse which clients need a call this week, which contractor handles your fulfillment, or that the Stripe payout schedule changes on the 15th.

The average business owner has 23+ years of institutional knowledge locked in their head. Logins, relationships, recurring charges, client obligations, vendor contacts, decisions about what to keep and what to kill. None of it written down. All of it critical.

That's the gap Stillago fills.

Who this is for

If you've ever thought “I should really document all this” - this is that.

Entrepreneurs & parallel ventures

You carry product vision, payroll, runway, investor updates, and vendor relationships in one calendar. If you are gone, your partner should not have to reverse-engineer your company from receipts. Stillago is the operating system they inherit - not just passwords.

Agency & SaaS owners

Contractor relationships, client retainers, deployment pipelines, DNS records - all in your head. Your partner couldn't even find the codebase, let alone keep clients happy.

Business owners 35-65

You've been meaning to do this for years. Maybe a health scare, a friend's loss, or a 3am thought finally brought you here. The best time was yesterday. The second best time is now.

For CFOs & advisory firms

The same playbook - built for how you already steward clients.

Invite owners from your dashboard, co-brand their login and emergency experience, and see completion across your portfolio without another improvised spreadsheet.

Owners can still start on their own; you meet them where they are and run readiness as part of the relationship you already have.

For entrepreneurs

Key-person risk is not drama.
It is the default when you build.

Boards, banks, and buyers all ask who else can run the thing if you step away. Most entrepreneurs answer honestly: almost nobody. That is uncomfortable in a pitch deck - and unbearable at the kitchen table if something happens to you.

Stillago does not replace your CFO, COO, or estate plan. It gives the people who will have to act a single, encrypted playbook: what to do in the first 48 hours, which relationships matter, what can pause, and what must not break.

Already work with a fractional CFO or advisory firm? Here is how they use Stillago with clients.

The difference

Without a manual vs. with one.

How it works

A guided manual for the person
who picks up where you left off.

Stillago walks you through 9 sections covering every critical layer of your business. Answer the questions at your own pace. We encrypt everything. Your partner gets their own link and PIN to read the plan, and passwords stay hidden until they're truly needed.

Answer at your pace

9 guided sections with smart suggestions and pre-fills. Start with the essentials - 3 sections, about 20 minutes. Fill in the rest when you can.

Encrypted and secure

Every sensitive field encrypted with AES-256. Passwordless login, so there's no Stillago password to steal. Your data is never sold.

Emergency access

Your partner gets their own link and PIN to read the plan. Passwords open only after a waiting period you choose, and you can say no. In the hospital? They can open just the few things you picked.

Your workspace

The dashboard owners actually use
progress, Fresh Checks, exports, and emergency access in one place.

Same screen you land on after sign-in: completion ring, the next section to finish, quick update when life changes, and PDF + emergency tools when your family needs them.

Questions

You're probably wondering.

What is Stillago?
Stillago is an emergency operations manual for business owners. It guides you, one question at a time, through what your spouse, family, or business partner would need to keep the business running if you died or couldn't work: who to call, where the money is, which clients and bills matter, and how to get into your devices and accounts.
How is this different from a password manager?
Password managers store credentials. Stillago documents the operational layer around them: which clients need what, which subscriptions matter, who your contractors are, and the keep, pause or cancel decisions your partner would face. Many owners use both. See plans
How is this different from a will or estate planning?
A will and estate plan handle legal ownership of your assets, which can take months. Stillago handles the operational continuity of your business in the first days and weeks: payroll, clients, bills and access. They complement each other; Stillago does not replace a will or legal advice.
How long does it take?
The three essential sections (emergency contacts, device access and the money map) take about 20 minutes. The other six sections can be filled in over short sessions; most people finish within a week.
Is my data safe?
Every sensitive field (passwords, PINs, account numbers, personal messages) is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Sign-in is passwordless, so there is no Stillago password to steal. Your data is never sold or used to train AI. How we keep it safe
What does my designated person see?
They can read your plan and follow a step-by-step crisis walkthrough with names, phone numbers and tap-to-call. Passwords and account numbers stay hidden until full access opens: after a waiting period you choose, unless you decline, and after a second person confirms if you asked for that. Every secret they open is logged. Who can see what
What if I'm alive but can't work for a while?
Incapacity mode covers that. Your designated person can report that you can't work; after the same waiting period, only the items you chose open, for a limited time. When you're back, one tap closes it and you see everything they opened.
What if my business changes?
Stillago sends short reminders to review and update your manual, and you can edit any section at any time. The manual is meant to change as your business does.
How much does it cost?
Stillago Owner is $149 a year and Owner Plus is $249 a year, with 5- and 10-year prepay options. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card. Security features are included in every plan. Pricing
